Structural form

DT series desulfurization pump is a cantilever horizontal centrifugal pump with axial suction, single-stage single-suction, and single pump casing structure.


Conveying slurry

Suitable for limestone, gypsum wet desulfurization, for conveying limestone or gypsum slurry. The chloride ion content of the slurry allowed to be transported is up to 20000ppm, the pH value is between 4.5 and 12, the slurry temperature is ≤65°C, and the slurry weight concentration Cw is up to 60%.


Application site

The pump is specially designed for the desulfurization system of the power plant. Mainly used in the desulfurization main circulation system and peripheral circulation system of thermal power plants. It can also be used to transport limestone or gypsum slurries in desulfurization systems in industries such as aluminum and oil refining.

 

Material of overcurrent parts: The overcurrent parts are made of special materials GLH-5 and GLH-6 specially used for desulfurization conditions.


Transmission form: DCZ direct drive,


Shaft seal form: mechanical seal.


Installation and application: The pump outlet is directed vertically upwards.

Properties and Material Characteristics


High efficiency, long service life and reliable operation.

All-metal low-carbon stainless steel materials are used for the overcurrent parts, and the low-carbon stainless steel mainly composed of ferrite has excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and higher mechanical strength.

The hydraulic friction loss is small, and the efficiency is more than 3% higher than that of the metal pump with the same parameters.

The geometric size of the all-metal pump is easy to control and guarantee, the surface finish of the parts is high, the fitting clearance of the parts is small, the volumetric efficiency is high, and the comprehensive efficiency is more than 5% higher than that of the non-metal pump.

The overcurrent components have a long service life, and the metal guard plate has a stronger ability to withstand shear sliding wear than ordinary non-metallic materials, and can withstand long-term shear wear.

The dynamic wear resistance is 0.008-0.08mm/year, the tensile strength is high, and it can maintain constant performance under long-term abrasive conditions.
